Purpose and Public Interest

This RTI Application Series is submitted in the larger public interest to strengthen transparency, accountability and good governance in a public university established with public funds.

The information sought is intended to facilitate public oversight of statutory functions, financial management, academic administration, regulatory compliance and institutional performance in accordance with the Right to Information Act, 2005.

A self-attested copy of my valid Below Poverty Line (BPL) Card issued by the competent authority is enclosed in support of my claim for exemption from payment of the prescribed RTI application fee under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and the applicable RTI Rules. I hereby declare that I am a citizen of India and belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category. I respectfully request that my claim for fee exemption be accepted and the present RTI application be processed without requiring payment of the prescribed application fee.
